The following is an outline of your rights when making purchases with SEAQUATIX and the terms and conditions of use when using the SEAQUATIX. We are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. In these terms and conditions, the expressions “we”, “us” and “our” are a reference to “SEAQUATIX” or www.seaquatix.com and/or www.seaquatix.com.au (“the Website”).

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to alter and change these terms and conditions occasionally. Changes to the terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon publication on this website. Your continued use of the website following such publication will represent an agreement by you to be bound by the terms and conditions as amended. It is your responsibility to be aware of these terms and conditions as they may be altered.

When making purchases with SEAQUATIX

Customers must provide SEAQUATIX with complete and accurate details when making purchases. SEAQUATIX is not liable for delivery errors if we are given an incorrect delivery address and/or the customer is not home to accept the delivery. Once the parcel leaves our warehouse, we are not liable for any errors made by Australia Post or the delivery company.

SEAQUATIX reserves the right to cancel any order if we are unable to provide the requested products. Customers will be immediately contacted in these cases. SEAQUATIX is not liable to compensate for any loss, expense or inconvenience customers may face as a result of cancellation.

Product Use Disclaimer

SEAQUATIX will accept no responsibility for any injury, loss or inconvenience sustained by any person(s) resulting from the incorrect use of our product(s). Waterproof products are durable but not indestructible. Normal wear and tear is not a defect.

To ensure the quality and durability of your SEAQUATIX product(s) please:

Do not overload your Seaquatix;
Do not put sharp objects inside of your Seaquatix;
Please ensure all surfaces and seals are undamaged in anyway before submerging Seaquatix in water or exposing it to dust;
Please ensure you undertake a thorough check of your Seaquatix for any defects before use;
Please do a waterproof test before using your Seaquatix. Seal the product correctly, submerge the product in water and squeeze the product gently to test for any air bubbles to appear. If air bubbles appear, your Seaquatix has been compromised. Alternatively, please place tissue or paper in your Seaquatix to test if water ingress has occurred. Please contact us to enquire about our return process.
Seaquatix has been designed for recreational purposes only and for submersion in water up to a depth of 20 meters for up to 2 hours;
Seaquatix is not suitable for diving or any deep water activities over 20 meters and over 2 hours;
Seaquatix must not be used in any way that may damage or compromise the integrity of the product;
Seaquatix must be cleaned, dried and kept out of direct sunlight after every use;
Seaquatix must be rinsed with clean fresh water after every use;
Seaquatix should be replaced after extended use;
Seaquatix must not be exposed to excessive heat and/or caustic chemicals.

SEAQUATIX IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, WHETHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER KNOWN OR SHOULD HAVE BEEN KNOWN TO SEAQUATIX. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO YOUR PHONE OR PERSONAL BELONGINGS DUE TO IMPROPER USE OF SEAQUATIX's PRODUCT(S) WRITTEN OR IMPLIED ABOVE.

PLEASE CHECK THE SEAL BEFORE SUBMERGING YOUR SEAQUATIX PRODUCT(S) IN WATER WITH YOUR PHONE OR OTHER VALUABLES.

THE BUYER ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR TO THEIR PERSONAL BELONGINGS WHILST USING SEAQUATIX'S PRODUCT(S).

Warranty

SEAQUATIX offers our customers a 30-Day warranty on all of our products.

When shipping internationally please be aware that customs and duties taxes may be charged by your country upon arrival. SEAQUATIX is not responsible for these fees and cannot determine the right amount. These taxes are determined by the destination country and are NOT included in your shipping costs. All duties and taxes must be paid at the time of delivery.

From time to time we may issue promotional discount codes to individuals or groups of people. Each code will have its own specific terms, for example when it is valid from and until, and what discount or offer it provides you. However, general terms for the use of voucher codes are: They are not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount, and promotion or on sale items.
