SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We offer free standard shipping with tracking on all orders within Australia! 

Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $12.  You can choose to have your products shipped via express post at the checkout.  

We primarily use Australia Post to ship out all our goods.  We occasionally use courier companies too. 

Standard shipping usually takes 2 - 7 business days to be delivered, this applies from the day your order is shipped.  Items shipped out via express post are usually delivered within 1-3 business days once your order has been dispatched, subject to peak periods such as Christmas. 

*Please note: For Western Australia and rural areas, express shipping should take 2-7 business days. Australia Post can sometimes experience delays in WA and rural areas of QLD. We entrust Australia Post with your parcel and do everything we can to make sure it gets to you on time, however, any delays they experience are (unfortunately) out of our hands.

When we send out your order, you will receive an email notification confirming your purchase and another email confirming shipment with your tracking number. 

Please note that we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving payment, with the exception of sale periods, where this may take up to 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. We do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.

We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit. Once the item has been shipped, Seaquatix is deemed to have executed its responsibilities to you and the onus of ensuring your product arrives safely is transferred to you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We didn't think it was fair that only us Aussie could enjoy Seaquatix waterproof cases here in Australia, so we decided to share the love with the rest of the world. After all, sharing is caring right?

For our international customers, we use Australia Post Standard Shipping with sign on delivery for international orders. 

We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit. Once the item has been shipped, Seaquatix is deemed to have executed its responsibilities to you and the onus of ensuring your product arrives safely is transferred to you.

The shipping rates are below:

New Zealand - $20.00

Asia, Us & Canada - $27.00 

UK- $30.00

RETURNS

All sales are final unless items are found to be defective.

The buyer is responsible for the compatibility of the product.

Seaquatix reserves the right to reject any ‘Change of Mind’ or ‘Incorrect Purchase’ return requests abided by Australian Consumer Law. A 20% Restocking fee + a Handling fee at our discretion may apply if we elect to approve a return under these circumstances.

Seaquatix reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by Seaquatix.

If you wish to return an item to us, please ensure products are returned to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days.

REFUNDS

Refunds are only offered for defective items and not for change of mind.

Requests for refunds are to be done in writing with 14 days to hello@seaquatix.com

If your original invoice had free postage, we will deduct $10 for postage and handling for regular mail or $25 for international postage. 

No refund or replacement will be issued until we have received and assessed the returned product, and the fault has been confirmed.

NOTE: Refunds cannot be issued for reduced items or during special sales. 

NOTE: Once your refund has been approved and a notification sent to you, it may take 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account via your original payment method, we appreciate your patience during this period.

EXCHANGE

If you would like to exchange your products:

  • Please contact us within 14 days from the date of purchase, so that we can check that product's availability;

  • Pay the re-postage fee of $10 for regular mail or $25 for international postage to our paypal account hello@seaquatix.com;

  • Send us the transaction ID of this payment; and

  • Send the item in its original packaging back to us at:
